~ Client Reviews ~
"Helen is very knowledgeable & caring. Her technique is gentle and productive. I'm thankful for all her work - my neck & shoulders are much improved."
-Sarah S.
"I can't even put into words how wonderful the massage was. I'm BEYOND satisfied & feel amazing. Helen was so nice, I appreciate all the hard work!!! FANTASTIC!"
-Marlise N.
"The benefits of a targeted massage to deal with muscle tightness using passive & active range of motion, trigger points, and tools really helped with the pain I've been having with my upper body. Helen explained what she was doing and how her methods would help, keeping me informed and more aware of what's going on with my body. I could really feel the results the following day in my neck & shoulders. Definitely recommend!"
-Holly L.
"The first two words that came to mind are empathy and communication. Helen solicits communication and appraises the physical, mechanical aspects of body movements and how the integrated workings of muscles and joints need to be addressed. Communication has been a two-way process between us. I feel comfortable sharing my circumstances and issues, as well as hearing how she is proceeding to address those issues. Bottom line, Helen's approach makes me relax and enjoy the treatment!"
